As if 2016 wasn't already a strong year for video games, June bolsters the catalog further with even more titles you'll want to check out. This month sees notable video game releases across all platforms, including PC, Nintendo 3DS, and even PlayStation Vita, so there's something to enjoy regardless of your system of choice. We've selected seven of June's hottest titles for our list, so be sure to take a look if you're in market for a new game.
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End$58.90 at Amazon won over many PlayStation 4 users last month, giving them a strong cinematic story campaign and goofy multiplayer antics. Doom took its fans to an old-school hellscape of murder and mayhem in May, dropping pretentious storytelling for hard, gory action. Blizzard's Overwatch $59.99 at Amazon also helped to fill in the entertainment void, offering quirky humor, stylized visuals, and highly addicting, team-based shooting for PC, Xbox One and PS4 players.

June sees the release of major triple-A titles alongside less monolithic, but equally promising video games. Mirror's Edge: Catalyst is one of the month's bigger titles, bringing parkour action and platforming adventure to fans of the original and newcomers alike on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. From the more artistic side of the industry, Vanillaware's Odin Sphere Leifthrasir also hits store shelves, offering gorgeous 2D visuals and fantastic side-scrolling action within a Ragnarök-inspired world. Kirby: Planet Robobot for the Nintendo 3DS gives you platforming challenges and zany robot-enhanced side-scrolling for your on-the-go gaming sessions.

Seven games have made their way onto our list this month. Check out the slideshow to peruse our selection of games you'll want to buy in June.
